Cancellation & Refunds:

  • Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients’ needs. However, we kindly ask our clients to be aware of our cancellation policy and waiting time provisions outlined in our Terms of Use. If a ride is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, 50% of the job will be charged to the client. If the cancellation occurs within 12 hours of the ride, the client will be charged 100% of the job. We have implemented this policy to ensure the fair treatment of both our clients and our dedicated chauffeurs.

Furthermore, we offer a complimentary waiting time of up to 1 hour for airport rides, recognizing that flights may be delayed or passengers may take longer to exit the airport. However, if the waiting time exceeds 1 hour, additional charges will be applied to the total amount to cover the extra time. By using our services, clients agree to adhere to these terms and acknowledge their responsibility for any cancellation fees or additional charges incurred due to extended waiting times. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
